Documents are collected and verified against original. KYC of client is checked and fetched if already exists and new kyc is done if already doesn’t exist. Account opening form is filled and signed by client with all documents being self attested. The data then punched in system and a UCC file generated through Shilpi is uploaded to BSE UCC portal. |
Data is punched through online kyc software of NDML which helps to create a new UCC for client with data generated for pushing to shilpi Global KRA. All checks relating to PAN Verification Aadhar Verification, Bank Account Verification, mobile email verification and aadhar e siging of online form takes place whose report will also be shared to client on mail. Backoffice people then create UCC file and update the account to BSE UCC potal. |
Filing a complaint on a designated Email id and finding out the status of the complaint
- One can make a compliant through oral process of visiting branch and submitting an application mentioning the grievance and seek resolution there and there only as far as possible. If not solved then the matter can be raised as per escalation matrix given in website.
- One can also complaint through his/her registered Email to our dedicated mails ids viz. investorgrievance@chandrakalabroking.com and help@chandrakalabroking.com.
- The complaint status will be mentioned in the mailing trails and will definitely be resolved on priority.
